S7-1200 Central Processing Units
S7-1200 Central Processing Unit is the controller for open-loop and closed loop control tasks in mechanical equipment manufacture and plant construction. It combines maximum automation and minimum cost. Due to the compact modular design with a high performance at the same time, the S7-1200 is suitable for a wide variety of automation applications.
There are 3 different CPU's to choose from dependant upon your I/O requirements; the CPU1211C (6ES7211) comes with 10 integral inputs and outputs, CPU1212C (6ES7212) has 14 integral inputs and outputs and the CPU1214C (6ES7214) has 24 integral inputs and outputs. Each CPU has three versions with different power supply and control voltages.
